Welcome to The Blue Lobster!  
  
This beautifully renovated, pet-friendly home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and stunning ocean views. With direct access to the shared waterfront via a charming right-of-way path, you can soak in the coastal beauty from the spacious ocean-facing deck—perfect for alfresco dining or lounging in the salty sea breeze.  
  
Inside, the open-concept kitchen and living area are tastefully updated, opening to a sunny enclosed porch and adjoining open-air deck. The first floor features two cozy queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom with a newly tiled shower/tub combo.  
  
Upstairs, the expansive primary suite includes a king bed, sitting area, writing desk, and elevated ocean views. The luxurious second bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub, and a large tile-and-glass walk-in shower. A fourth bedroom down the hall is perfect for kids, with two full beds and twin bunk beds.  
  
Whether you're cooking up a Maine lobster feast on the deck, playing in the yard, or relaxing in the sunroom, The Blue Lobster offers the perfect setting for family and friends.
