There was plenty of room for us to spread out and my granddaughters loved playing in the backyard. It is however in a pretty remote area, but Harpers Ferry wasn’t too far. If we come back to this area again we would definitely rent this house again. Communication with our host was wonderful and they were very accommodating. ##### Kerri S. Well decorated and fully stocked. We were there for a wedding so we didn't get to explore the area very much but it looks like there is much to do and see. Loved being in the woods and hearing the birds and trees rustle in the morning. Bedrooms were all great and beds comfortable. Host, Jason, was very responsive and accommodating. The fire pit was a staple in our stay, we used it a few times and had a blast. This place had everything we could've needed. If I had to critique anything, it would be the weird way the kitchen door/main side entrance functioned. It doesn't have a handle on the inside and therefore does not latch when closed. The only way to make sure the door didn't swing open, was to fully lock it which became an inconvenience when doing things like loading the car and taking food outside to the grill.
