They communicate ahead of time to make our stay great. The Carriage Suite was ver comfortable and breakfast options were just what we needed. The location cannot be beat. Very walkable to lower town. However, there is a parking area at the National Park area with a bus that brings you to the Lower Town. Also, there is some parking at the train station.Owner is very responsive! Not sure how the place can sleep 5, unless you count children. And it lists a pool, but that is not accurate.It is great that the owner provides a made-to-order breakfast!! But don't plan to cook many other meals, as the kitchen is supplied with minimum pots, pans, baking dishes. Probably needs new wallpaper and carpeting, too. ##### Amy M. I liked the short distance to town -- walkable if desired, quick ride if not. Coffee selection (Kurigs) were more than suitable for this heavy coffee drinker. The distance into town was easily walkable and the return trip was even doable after hiking up to Maryland Heights. Everything we needed was available except dishwasher detergent and dish towels. Carriage House was immaculate, comfortable, and lily pond outside front door was a relaxing and beautiful site. The delivered and sitting in the fridge breakfast was great!
