« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« This property was newly renovated. When we checked in, we inquired about the laundry room (hours, cost, location, etc). She told us that the washing machine was free but the dryer was coin operated. That was not true, $2 to wash, $3 to dry. I didn’t have enough quarters to dry, and front desk didn’t have any change, so she let me dry my clothes in the hotel dryer. That was a save! We got a king bed suite. It was spacious, clean, and fairly new. And thank goodness NO carpet! I hate carpet in...
