« This hotel is very practical for anyone needing a night near Heathrow airport. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The breakfast is superb - It's a bit expensive but the selection is extensive. One word of warning, the shuttle to the airport is not provided by the hotel and you have to pay. Very disappointed by this as have never seen an airport hotel not provide a free shuttle »

« The hotel is nice although the room was not like the one in the picture. The hotel is very big and was wwll organized for the RDC6 convention. The gym is very well equipped I was impressed with that. The restautant is nice and the staff nice. What I didnt like was house keeping trying to barge inside although I had the do not disturb sign on my door and turn on the do not disturb bottom. I was naked in the tub when they barged in… i am a woman traveling alone, it made me feel a bit...

« Literie très confortable chambre bien grande La douche était top dommage pas de réassort sur les cotons ds la salle de bain Propreté bien mais pourrait être un peu mieux au niveau de la poussière Petit dej top piscine top nous avons choisi d être à cette hôtel malgré la distance par rapport à Londres nous avons passé une belle semaine Bouteille d eau et café thé ds la chambre remis à jour tous les jours Gros problème pour garer la voiture mais bon tout le monde se gare n’importe où on a...

"Check in tres long. Carte pour la porte ne fonctionnait pas , retour a la réception, Timothée soit disant résoud le problème en reprigrammant la carte...ne fonctionne toujours pas!! Vu la distance entre ma chambre et la réception , 20 minutes de perdues. Heureusement que le personnel de ménage était la pour me faire rentrer. Donc bravo au personnel de ménage mais honte aux réceptionniste...et pas un mot d'excuse pour mon temps perdu et les aller retour!! Donc appréciation mitigée mais dans l'ensey très de u par la non qualité et empathie du.personnel.de réception.. "
