« I booked a king bed accessible room with roll in shower, but upon arrival they said there were none available, so I got a king bed accessible room with tub. For me, that is ok, but not for those who need a roll in shower. Upon entering the room my wheelchair tires were sticky to the tile flooring. At one point early in my stay I had to wipe up some water off the bathroom floor and the towel was dirty afterwards confirming that the floors had not been mopped in a while, or were mopped with a...

« Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean. The pool was satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking some. It would’ve benefitted from some eggs and sausage/bacon. We only had two towels in our room. When I asked about getting more, housekeeping said that there was a shortage of towels and that they had no idea where they were disappearing to. She said there was a load in the wash and they would bring us some when they were done. We got three new ones for the next day. »

« Unfortunately I will not be back. The driveway was hard to find and you have to drive through the parking lot for a gas station to get in, and the rest of the accessible entrances are walled off. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel. But then the attendant was a bit too enthusiastic with my bag when I told them multiple times I was fine carrying it-then followed me...

« The prices are unreasonably high for how poorly maintained this place is. The ceilings had mold, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the toilet would barely flush and was dirty, the water faucets were filthy, and the bathtub was disgusting. Overall, the property is in very poor condition and does not justify the price they charge. I would not recommend staying here »

« Clean room, staff great, parking plenty. Property extremely well kept. Rooms extra clean and modern.Location is very close within walking distance to Applebee Restaurant that is also outstanding or you can drive out of the hotel parking lot and have many other choices of eateries in the area. We highly recommend this Hotel :) »

« Une nuit lors d'un road trip. Chambre tout confort, petit déjeuner copieux et à volonté. Seul petit problème (indépendant de l'hôtel...) la TV en marche une grande partie de la nuit dans la chambre contigüe, avec le son assez fort. Sinon, parfait. »

« When I booked the room I booked King size bed suite. When we got there the room they had reserved was 2 queen size beds. When I asked they said they had been having trouble with booking through 3rd party sites like Expedia. They didn't have any other rooms available. When I spoke to the owner the next morning he also said it was the 3rd party sites that was the issue. I have not had any problems when booking through Expedia before so it seemed like they were placing blame instead of owning...
