Cosy house in Órzola, ideal for families or friends looking for tranquillity and comfort. Located a few minutes walk from the natural pools and the harbour towards La Graciosa, it offers a teleworking area, barbecue, terrace, equipped kitchen and living room with TV. Capacity for 5 people, perfect to enjoy a relaxing stay near the sea.  
  
Discover the charm of this charming house in Órzola, with its cosy terrace with barbecue, designed to share special moments. Inside, it features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a bright, cosy and functional dining area. It opens onto a study area designed for teleworking with 1 Gb fiber. Next, the living room, with a sofa and carefully designed details, invites you to read, rest or share quiet moments.  
  
It has two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobes and a simple and pleasant decoration. It also has a third room specially designed for the little ones, with a cot, play area and space for baby care, ideal for families travelling with children.  
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, towels and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It also includes a wonderful outdoor terrace on the first floor of the accommodation, where you can enjoy the wonderful views and sunsets.  
  
Órzola is the starting point to the island of La Graciosa, the eighth Canary Island, accessible in a few minutes walk from the house to the small harbour. Nearby you will also find hidden coves, natural pools with crystal clear water and volcanic trails that invite you to adventure or contemplation. It is well connected by road. This house is more than accommodation: it is an experience of connection with nature, with the slow pace of the north of Lanzarote and with the pleasure of simple things. A place where time stands still so that you can live, feel and remember.  
  
The flat with 1Gb fiber wifi, offers a large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and complete kitchenware, ideal for a comfortable stay. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also included. Outside, you can enjoy the barbecue area and relaxation area, as well as an indoor teleworking area. Baby-friendly facilities include a cot and highchair and a play area.
