Discover the tranquillity of Arrieta by staying in this charming apartment, a place where you can enjoy the authentic essence of Lanzarote. Its location is unbeatable: just 500 metres from the well-known La Garita Beach and a few minutes from the spectacular natural pools. Additionally, you will have restaurants and coastal walks nearby, perfect for savouring local cuisine and contemplating unique landscapes.   
  
The apartment is located at street level and features a private terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for having breakfast under the sun or relaxing at the end of the day with a glass of wine. The interior combines comfort and functionality: a spacious living room with television and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and everything necessary to feel at home.   
  
The distribution includes 2 bright bedrooms: one with a single bed and another with two single beds that, upon request, can be converted into a double bed. Both have built-in wardrobes. Additionally, the property has a bathroom with a shower and washing machine for greater comfort.   
  
It is a perfect option for both families and couples or friends who want to enjoy a few days of relaxation, beach, and good food.   
  
Bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. We also have a cot and high chair available upon request.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung war soweit in Ordnung und sauber. Es gab aber sehr wenig Besteck u. Geschirr, so dass wir den Geschirrspüler nicht benutzen konnten. Die Betten waren auch ganz gut, allerdings ließen die Kopfkissen zu wünschen übrig, weil diese schon durchgelegen waren. Wir haben dann per Mail mit dem Gastgeber Kontakt aufgenommen und es war scheinbar nicht so einfach, einen Ersatz zu besorgen. Es wurden dann 5 Tage später 2 neue Kopfkissen gebracht, so dass wir aufgrund von Nackenschmerzen erst mal in der Apotheke Voltaren-Gel gekauft haben. Leider gab es auf der Terrasse auch keinen vernünftigen Tisch, so dass es mit Essen oder Kartenspielen schwierig war. Es gab hier lediglich einen sehr kleinen hockerähnlichen Tisch. Zudem gibt es auch keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, lediglich eine Nespresso- Maschine, so dass wir mangels Kaffeekanne keinen Filterkaffee zubereiten konnten. Töpfe und Pfannen waren genügend vorhanden. Es gab jeweils pro Person 1 Duschtuch und ein Händehandtuch, welche nach exakt 1 Woche gewechselt wurden. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann noch zusätzliche Händetücher zum Wechseln bekommen. Ein Auto ist hier auf jeden Fall angebracht, da man zum Supermarkt in den nächsten Ort fahren muss. Wir waren aber insgesamt relativ zufrieden.
