« Lovely luxury property. Definitely a treat! We had a corner room overlooking Pike’s Market & the bay beyond. Check in was confusing as the front desk agent kept telling us our room wasn’t ready, yet the bellhops continued to say it was. After asking her to check again it was in fact ready. We were never told where the ice was located, and had to ask. Not sure if the agent was having a bad day or what the issue was, but she wasn’t as welcoming as one would expect for a nearly $700/night...
