Have driven by many times and didn't realize there was this gem of a community! Two rooms in the basement and full bathroom, both cozy, well appointed, and had comfortable beds. Very nice to have a 2nd full bathroom on main floor. Very nice the room at the top had a door that closed to keep out lower family room area noise. Kids enjoyed the twin beds but would've been nicer to have the queen/king on the top floor and twin beds all on lower floor. Well stocked kitchen and laundry area. The association amenities were the best - newly redone indoor pool/locker area which the kids loved and cute beach house with picnic tables to sit and enjoy. The private beach area was so amazing, quiet, and beautiful! The kids really had a blast on the beach and river area and not too busy. Also, just a short 5 min walk down the room from the main house.
