The owners have thought of almost any comfort you may want in a rental: excellent kitchen, very comfortable beds, extra toiletries. The view from the front porch area is just breathtaking. The decor is a bit dated, but for a home of this caliber, who cares? The real decor is outside your window. When we arrived, a serious storm had passed through the area and the was no electricity. The local Vacasa rep called ahead to tell us, which we appreciated. There was also an issue with trash from the previous tenant left on the garage, but when I notified Vacasa, someone came within 30 minutes to pick it up. We would absolutely rent this lovely property again, so don’t hesitate to book it. ##### Mary H. Across the street and "down the way" from a beautiful nature preserve. Loved the views of Lake Michigan. The house is beautifully appointed with a lovely kitchen and an ideal first floor laundry (perfect for families). Aside from the gracious decor, each cozy chair (and there are many) has its own reading lamp...a great place to cozy-up with a book. Many baskets of blankets in the common areas to help with the "cozy." Beautiful wooded neighborhood in which to run, walk or bike ride. We can't say enough about this beautiful place. The kitchen had every amenity needed or desired. The association's pool is perfect or drive a short distance to Petoskey State Park and the beach. Just a quick, pretty drive to downtown Harbor Springs. We enjoyed the drive more each time we took it. Really just the perfect retreat for a couple or family.
