Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The interior decorating was so cute, even including a record player and some records! I wish we had stayed more than 2 days. The hot tub was wonderful. Everything was easy. There were also lots of board games, and a convenient washer/dryer. Walking distance to the center of town - however take note that it is up a very steep hill (but at least there are several benches for rest on that hill!) Only negative was that the listed price was a lot lower than what it ended up costing, since the extra fees were quite high and were not listed originally when the property popped up on our search. We wouldn't have ended up booking at that price, however it was the only property available for our dates, so we didn't have much choice. Oct 28, 2024 #### Someone up in the attic what a cozy charming experience until me and my wife were going to sleep. I kept hearing noises only a person could make upstairs while we were in the basement. We were the only ones staying there. I checked the house several times but the upstairs to the attic was locked. There’s not a doubt in my mind that there was someone living up in the attic. When I got there I found the door to the basement exit unlocked . The house hasn’t been secure since the last person there. Everything was so creepy I could barely sleep the first night and we ended up abandoning our stay a night early and headed back home. There were noises undeniable that someone was upstairs like footsteps going to 10 steps or stuff dropping on the floor above. The house is in good condition and the noises couldn’t be from the weather creaking the house, if you heard what I heard you’d believe me.
