That continued our entire two week stay. Next thing they were working on our parking lot the entire time. They took concrete up and then resurfaced. All of this work had been scheduled for a long time but no one told us. We understood that all of the property owners knew. The extra beds in the second bedroom would be very handy for those with more children. It is a lower level condo and we did hear our upstairs neighbors. The first half of our stay wasn’t bad, but the last part was a very loud group of guys. We could hear their loud yelling while playing cards, thumping music, slamming doors. HOWEVER, after one night of this I reached out to the host when it started the second night and she acted immediately to remedy the situation. Someone from the resort was there quickly and spoke with them and it was quiet the rest of our stay. Crystal is a very attentive host and I would definitely rent from her again. Location in the resort is phenomenal, across the street parking lot from the indoor pool and hot tub, and the pickle ball courts and outdoor pool very close by. This condo is a stones throw from both Nubs nob and Boyne Highlands. There’s tons of cute restaurants in nearby downtown Petoskey (highly recommend Pour) and a nearby bowling alley. We visited to take our kids skiing at Nubs (one of the few in Northern Michigan offering childcare) over their spring break. We had a blast! The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. The pool/hot tub and workout room is within walking distance of this unit which was a nice perk! It was great for us, with plenty of room to spread out, good internet speed and a well stocked kitchen. Crystal was very responsive to all of our questions.
