The first-floor king is just off the main living area decorated with hints of skiing on the slopes. An additional bedroom equipped with a queen bed on the first floor is decorated to get you ready to play some golf. The basement-full bedroom is decorated to give you the lake and cabin feels. There are two full bathrooms with showers - one located on the 1st floor and one located in the basement. There are extra blankets in the closets of the bedrooms. "...Plenty of room for a large group, beds were very comfortable." - Ethan OUTDOORS: You will want to spend plenty of time on the huge deck that is the length of the backside of the house, enjoying views of the mountain. In addition, no matter the weather enjoy a cup of coffee or hot cocoa in the hot tub with a tremendous mountainside view! Prepare dinner for your friends and family on the gas grill and later on, you can head out to the cozy fire pit and stargaze or watch the skiers go down the mountain! The views are spectacular here! After each guest, we thoroughly clean and refill the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition or your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for your health reasons. We could not have asked for a more perfectly situated house. It is less than 3 minutes from both Nubs Nob and Highlands. The house actually overlooks Highlands and we were able to watch their anniversary fireworks from the window. So much fun! With 4 kids we spent lots of time in the hot tub when we weren’t on the slopes and the kids had a blast in the hunk loft. We will definitely be back! ##### Jordan F. We skied at Nubs and it was only a 3 minute drive to get there. It is a beautiful house with plenty of space for our group of 12 (six kids and six adults). The fireplace and downstairs gas heater kept it cozy despite the freezing temps. We did have to replace batteries in the downstairs gas heater to get it to start and the downstairs bathroom door handle didn't lock, but otherwise everything in the house was great. Plenty of plates, glasses, and cookware for everyone. Ample towels and blankets to go around.We got about a foot of snow during our 4 days there on top of the deep snow that was already on the ground. One of our cars had a little trouble getting up the driveway, but we managed and the host had it plowed to make things easier.We had a great time and the host was responsive and kind. ##### Robert B.
