This Condo is close to the ski hills in the winter and the mountain bike and hiking trails in the summer. With just a short drive to Downtown Harbor Springs, take advantage of all of the adorable restaurants and shops we have to offer. Not to mention The Highlands at Harbor Springs, featuring golf and and additional ski options. Petoskey is right around the corner with boutiques and dining options, or explore the Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls. If that's not enough, take a drive to Mackinac Island for the day. Either way, you'll love our condo for your next Northern Michigan Getaway! Our 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo is located in the Hamlet Village, at the base of Nub's Nob back chairlift. We're the perfect ski-in, ski-out community for downhill and x-country skiing. Not to mention the hiking trails right outside of our door. Just take the short path right up the drive from the condo about a 3-5 minute walk to the ski hills. Upon entering our condo, the lower level features a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath. The washer and dryer is also located on this level. Heading upstairs to the main level, is our open concept living room with a masonry fieldstone gas fireplace, walkout balcony and full kitchen. The king suite offers a walk-in shower and whirlpool jetted tub; perfect for a relaxing night in. Our upper loft features two additional guest bedrooms with twin beds and a full bathroom; along with a sofa bed to accommodate up to 12 guests. \*A 2 or 3-night minimum may apply. \*parking is available for 3 vehicles- 1 in garage and 2 in driveway. Was an easy 10 minute drive. Would definitely be interested in this unit for snow skiing. With ski in and ski out (it appears) at nubs nob.
