« Tout était bien dans l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles non plus. L’emplacement est peu flatteur. C’est dans un quartier industrialisé. Malgré tout ça a ses avantages tel que pouvoir se stationner dans la rue plus facilement sans avoir à payer. Le fait que c’est proche de l’autoroute. Le fait que ce n’est pas un coin très achalandé. L’hôtel en soi est propre. Le petit déjeuner inclu est bien aussi.Les personnels ont été très courtois. »

« Le personnel est très gentil et tout était très propre dans la chambre, les corridors étaient en travaux de peinture, les plinthes n'étaient pas posés. La réception devrait être rénové , elle est vieillot et démodé et il est la première chose à voir en entrant. L'hotel est très bien situé , près d'un grand parc et près de tous les services. »

"Un excellent hôtel à deux pas du MTA pour 5e avenue et Time Square. Le personnel est professionnel surtout les 2 femmes du petit déjeuner. Le seul problème a résoudre rapidement est le service de ménage qui ne vient pas tous les jours pour faire le lit ou changer les serviettes. Il a fallu faire une demande à chaque fois à la réception. Sur le site Expédia, il est stipulé "coffre fort" et "peignoir" dans les chambres alors qu'ils n'y sont pas dans tout l'hôtel mis a part un coffre disponible a la réception. Dernier détail important pour tous ceux qui ont un vol tardif, il faudra payer 10USD par bagage en consigne. Une premiere pour moi dans le monde après des centaines de voyages. Pour le reste, excellent choix et j'y retournerai sans hésitation."

"Le personnel est charmant et à l'écoute. Une petite friandise avec 1 message de la direction la veille de notre départ a été très apprécié. La chambre était au calme malgré la circulation permanente. A 2 pas du métro Delancey/Essex. De quoi manger dans le quartier et faire ses courses (supermarché et Lidl). Une chambre équipée pour faire ses repas (frigo, micro onde et cafetière/thé). Vraiment prarique"
