The terrace is located in the foothills of the seaward kaikoura mountain range, where you can immerse yourself in peaceful bird song during the day and prepare yourself for an incredible night of star gazing. Experience a relaxing soak in the outdoor bath, just outside the bedroom Kaikoura township only10mins away. When you arrive at this property you simply don’t want to leave! The cabin has the most special and unique feel to it with quality furnishings and appliances and the bath outside on the deck is spectacular (even in the rain!) We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here and our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! With no tv or wifi it was a great place to get lost in the serenity and away from the hustle and bustle of life and technology. This was one of our highlight stays in our 16 day tour of the South Island NZ. A definite must stay if you are in Kaikoura. It was well appointed with a great bbq but as set away from town (in a good way) be sure to bring all your food with you. The cabin had seasonings and olive oil for cooking.
