"My family and close friends love this property. Our third stay did not disappoint. Located just across from the Cayucos pier, it is walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The house is beautiful, spacious, with privacy for many guests. We enjoyed the pool table, the views from the great room, and meals and games at the large dining room table. The property is meticulously maintained and the owner is very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back!"

"We live in the Paso Robles area and just wanted to get away for a couple nights around a campfire and more down-to-earth living and had such a great time. Everything we needed was there and the tree house was so special. We are also in the process of adding an ADU to our property and this space was an absolute inspiration as to what we could consider doing. Highly recommended!"

"Our first time to stay at Sands by the Sea. Very comfortable, quiet and an easy location within a few minutes drive to the Hearst Castle. Visitors Center. The room is roomy, clean and has a very comfortable bed! And great to reheat leftovers in the microwave, coffee maker and a bigger sized fridge available. The beautiful beach is an easy walk within a few minutes with a fire pit to keep you warm. "
