« We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again! »

« It was a lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood. There are many things to do within a 30 minute drive. There are even a few restaurants that are within a short walking distance. The kitchen and house were fully stocked and we were very comfortable. There was great communication with the owner. I will definitely book here again! »

« Cottage exactly as pictured and described. The check-in process was seamless - never needed to contact the host. The cottage is small and very cute with 2 bedrooms.
