"Molly on the front desk was very helpful to us, they had a room but needed cleaning/setting up. Molly also done a good deal for us to take to the airport in the morning and breakfast was also included. After waiting around 30mins the room was ready! We had an amazing sleep, the bed was so comfy, lovely hot shower & towels provided (this is all something the previous hotel couldn’t provide us with. All staff were so friendly, welcoming us down for breakfast, taking our luggage to our transfer car, the whole experience was so much better than what we would of had if we didn’t make the decision to move. A massive thank you for Molly & the other guy working night shift!"
