Our stay was so lovely. We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake. Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee. The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly. Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they were part of. It is not always the case to see this. The receptionist are very friendly & accommodating. We had a bad experienced on the 1st day because of a rude taxi driver but they help us report it & they also help us booked for transport so that we will never experienced it again. Hotel staff were very nice. I got hurt the first day in front of hotel and had to have a wheelchair so they would unlock the back entrance to let us come and go from there.
