Anywho, things that matter to me, you turn on the water, the water gets cold in like 10 minutes, so no need to wait, just be ready to hop in the shower…Also, room service, lazy….lazy, lazy, lazy. First day I decided to call for room service, made my bed, and changed towels….didn’t give me more toilet paper, refill the soap bottle….nothing… I let the downstairs staff know, and they’re extremely kind, but information doesn’t seem like it is being relayed…they did have people come by again, they did everything EXCEPT filled the soap bottle with conditioner and water…atp I’m tired of speaking to them about the same thing. I had to go down stairs and show them because the staff was not getting it. I kept running out of items, this was the most I’ve ever had to interact with staff at a hotel.
