Really big sized rooms, comfy bed - had an amazing sleep. Breakfast was good - nothing amazing but definitely fine enough. Didn’t use the facilities (gym and pool) but looked lovely. A Grab taxi is around 100K Dong (200K Dong in peak traffic) to get to the city where all the action is.. Pool war geschlossen, eine Restaurant-Etage war komplett in Renovierung. Frühstück war gut. Die Damen beim Spa konnten nicht Englisch sprechen, somit war die Kommunikation schwierig. Qualität der Massage war bei meiner Partnerin und mir sehr unterschiedlich. Die Räumlichkeiten waren renovierungsbedürftig und hatten weniger Wohlfühlatmosphäre. For both stays we were given a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment which exceeded expectations, but on closer inspection, although clean and comfortable, the decor was a bit tired and in need of updating. I can imagine the hotel as being very grand several years ago, but service was mixed. Whilst daytime reception staff were polite and helpful, the evening staff were much less so. Not very much English spoken. Breakfast was disappointing, whilst there appeared to be a wide selection of Asian choices, many were cold ( guests left the lids off the warming dishes) and not as appetising as the food we tasted elsewhere in Hanoi.
