Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les chambres sont salles, pas bien entretenues. Le personnel ne comprend pas l'anglais. Le petit déjeuner déplorable !!!

Pas på overbooking

Vi valgte Pearl hostel da det var tæt på centrum og fik et rigtig godt indtryk da vi ankom, og fik en masse hjælp og god service. Vi bestilte to ture gennem Pearl og derefter et værelse til når vi kom hjem fra en to dags tur til Sapa. Vi læste derefter anmeldser og blev lidt bekymret for om vi ville være garanteret værelset, så vi spurgte og de forsikrede os at ville være klar til os. Vi havde også betalt på forhånd, så vi ville være helt sikre. Men da vi ankommer efter turen til Sapa er vores værelset lejet ud og efter en køretur på 7 timer vil vi bare gerne sove, så vi acceptere at hun sender os hen et andet hostel. Dog tror jeg desværre at det nærmest er ren procedure at det bliver gjort. Hvis man vil være sikret et værelse efter en udflugt, så skal man måske vælge et andet sted.

Bon rapport qualité / prix. Un peu bruyant mais bien situé, fenêtre donne sur les toits. Les chambres sont confortables et bon petit déjeuner et hôtes sympathiques.

スタッフの対応は良く、水回り、ベットの状態も問題ない。 立地条件も良く、ノイバイ空港行き86番バス通りで近くにバス停がある。 フォーの有名店、Gia Truyenへは少し歩くが、一直線で簡単に行ける。 ホステルだが、個室もある。 安く済ますなら、おすすめ。

Amazing hostess

Pearl is an excellent hostess! She communicated with me prior to our stay, and on arrival we were able to book our amazing tour to halong bay and train tickets to Sapa. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is central and easy to walk to points of interest. Pearl recommended a great place to eat and places for us to go, I recommend Pearl hostel to you!

Séjour adorable

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Pearl Hôtel. Le personnel a tout mis en œuvre pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Leurs conseils étaient judicieux et les tours offerts étaient très bien organisés et les prix compétitifs. La situation dans le quartier Hoan Kiem était parfaite. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

계단으로 이동을 해야하는 점이 조금 불편하였으나, 객실 이용에 지장이 있는 것은 아니었습니다. 또한 직원분들의 친절한 응대와, 저렴한 가격에 묵을 수 있는 괜찮은 호텔이었다고 생각합니다.

The hotel is located in the Old Quarters close enough to everything you need. Our room was nice and clean and they provided a basic complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this hotel as the quality is above average and the price very affordable.

Pretty good for the old quarter area

We really enjoyed the proximity to the fun streets of the Old Quarter. The hotel beds were very comfortable, surprise included breakfast and the helpful staff. Unfortunately there was a small electrical fire from everyone showering or blasting tv simultaneously, but we were out at the time and it was very quickly put out.

서비스 마인드가 전혀 없는 곳임

약 3주간 일정 마지막날 공항가기전 좀 더 쉬려고 싼맛에 예약한 호텔임. 싼가격이기에 호텔이 작고, 시설이 낡았고, 엘레베이터 없고, 객실에 창문이 없고, 화장실에 창문이 깨져 있는 등 시설적인 부분은 이해할 수 있음. 하지만 가족이 운영하는 작은 호텔이기에 로비에서 아이들이 자기들끼리 악쓰고 놀고 어른들도 마찮가지임. 호텔 로비가 아니라 그냥 자기네 집 거실임. 쇼파에서 밥먹다 흘리고 맨발로 여기저기 다니다 쇼파 그냥 밟고 다녀도 아주 자연스러움. 문제는 하루종일 이런 소음이 객실안에서 까지 생생히 잘 들림. 누구하나 주의주거나 하지않고 오히려 대륙 아줌마 아저씨 써라운드 소리에 전혀 밀리지 않음. 낮에는 그렇다 이해하더라도 밤 10:30 호텔을 떠날때 까지도 악쓰고 웃고. 난리도 아님. 시끄럽다고 해도 미안하다거나 그런표정이 아니라 뭥미 딱 이거임. 예약하면 친절이 확인메일 오나 하롱베이, 사파, 택시예약 등 영업목적임. 싸지도 않음. 길거리 여행사 몇군데만 다녀봐도 금방 답나옴. 거래처에서 공항택시 예약해줘서 필요없다하니 표정이 달라짐. 결론은 싼가격에 시설관련사항은 이해할 수 있는 수준이고 하루종일 로비에서 발생하는 소음을 견뎌낼수 있음 싼맛에 가시면 됨. 무료숙박이라해도 난 다시 안감. (참고로 본인은 1년에 최소 100일 정도는 해외출장이고 4개국어 어느정도 하기에 의사소통에는 거의 문제 없으니 불필요한 오해는 하지 마시길 바람. 지금껏 특급호텔에서 부터 여행자 숙소까지 다양하게 이용했으며 가급적 이해하고 넘어가는 편이나 이곳은 예외임.)
