We booked the same day as arriving and the hotel staff were very efficient in arranging our airport transfer (at the minute!). The hotel is in the middle of downtown Hanoi but unfortunately the room had no windows and was very humid with damp patches in various places on the walls. We were bitten by mosquitos. The breakfast was very poor. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. They booked tours to Halong Bay and local pagodas for us at very competitive prices and arranged for pick up from the hotel in clean spacious vehicles. The breakfast which was included in our hotel rate was fantastic!
