They provided great information about where to go in our limited time and let us store our bags before our room was ready for check-in. The room itself was clean with modern facilities. Breakfast was included, with a great selection of both Vietnamese and Western options. The breakfast they serve is great - your choice of eggs cooked to order along with cereal, toast, fresh fruit and juices. The internet worked really well and our room was clean, comfortable and fitted with a safe and fridge. There is a tour desk in the hotel - we didn't use this but there were people available for any questions. They arranged an airport pick up and taxi for onward travel.
