Hotel Acturally the place is not good to go traveling Hanoi though room was perfect. Clean, calm, servicd good, kind, the hotel is for lomg term stayed people but I could stay a day. I recommend who want to stay a luxury residencial hotel also visiting for business. We had a good room with a view over the city street. The room and bathroom were clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is not near old quarter and a little outside of the city center. For us that was perfect: it was less busy and noisy around us. With the use of a taxi (for instance through the Grab-app, which is not expensive), you can quickly get to the city center. What made our stay perfect was the helpful staff. Our thanks go to Tina, Duong, Cuong and Long. They helped us well with all our needs. They arranged for trips and taxis when needed.
