When you stay here you dont need to go so far to find everything you need which is perfect for business trip like me. The TV is smart TV so you can watch netflix and youtube. The breakfast was something to look forward to! Really Wonderful! Thank you to all staff for helping to make my introduction to Vietnam so wonderful as that was my first stay in Hanoi. The rooms are cozy, comfy, and spacious—too bad we’re outside most of the time. I didn't go wrong. First impressions are important to me and this place didn't disappoint, the location is less than one hour from the airport, close to a wide array of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Westlake. The hotel is posh, clean and comfortable, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever found in a hotel and the view of the city was worth every penny. I stayed in the King studio which was quite spacious with plenty of storage space and conveniences. The price included breakfast which in itself was impressive. About the customer service: every single person I encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.
