The rooms are very nice - but the breakfast was poor in terms of both choice and quality. They paid little regard to customer service and even could not supply a street map!. Good Point 1\. They have balcony with nice sea view 2\. Facilities/hotel room are clean. 3\. The hotel staff is approachable and will assist you if you need anything. Bad Point 1\. The queen bed is really stiff and hard there is no cushion at all, you can feel every bed spring on the bed when you turn/move in bed. 2\. The WiFi is unstable and slow, which is really frustrating. 3\. The breakfast entitled buffet is daily repeated. Good air con. Have to walk 300 m to get food, if hungry, but only during the day. I arrived late, nothing to eat, not even in the hotel. Maps have to be purchased. If big tour group stays in hotel, breakfast will be a nightmare. No seats, no food. The staff do not replenish fast enough. Il est spacieux. Notre chambre donnait sur le lac Ho Tay, la vue était magnifique. La chambre était confortable.
