The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. Thank you again Ms. Mia, Mr Tee and Mr Andy. Het hotel voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen, maar dat doet niets af aan de behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Daarnaast hebben we van het hotel ook geld terug gekregen. Op Expedia stond dat er een buitenzwembad was, dit bleek een binnenzwembad te zijn. Inmiddels is dit gecorrigeerd. Maar dit is niet wat wij verwacht hadden. De schoonmaak hiervan kon beter. Daarnaast bleek de kamer toch kleiner dan we dachten, dat is onze eigen fout geweest en niet te verwijten aan het hotel. Kwaliteit van het hotel herken je aan hoe dit opgelost is: heel prettig. De locatie is perfect, dichtbij het oude centrum, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbij lt kent verschillende opties. De ontbijtruimte is wel krap.
