The final cleaning is 45 euros and is to be paid in cash on arrival We offer a superior apartment with living / Schalfbereich, dressing room, private large bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, pantry kitchen (kitcase) and garden use and parking in the middle of Steinhude, and close to the sea and the promenade. Our apartment La Fleur is equipped with a high-quality box spring bed 180x210 and a large 65 inch TV. Kitbox kitchen pantry is equipped with fridge, coffee maker (Nesspresso) and plates and cups, glasses. The bathroom with shower and bath and toilet are tiled. Double sink. The living / sleeping area is designed with parquet floor. Car parking space in front of the house. The apartment is non-smoking. It is only allowed to smoke in the garden area. There is a beach chair in the garden area. Lockable space for your bikes is available. The Steinhuder Meer is the largest lake in Lower Saxony. It is ideal for cyclists, hikers or water sports (sailing, surfing, kitesurfing). But also for those who just want to relax and enjoy nature. Boat rentals for sailing, electric, pedal or rowing boats are available on site. Also bicycles can be rented. In our apartment information material is available for you, which gives you information about other recreational opportunities. Nearby there are also 2 beautiful golf courses (18 holes). A holiday in an apartment on the Steinhuder Meer is a pleasure for young and old, for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The Steinhuder Meer lies approx. 30 km west of Hanover and is with 32 square kilometers the largest lake of Lower Saxony, in the heart of the eponymous nature park with 310 square kilometers. The most important resorts on the Steinhuder Meer are Mardorf, Steinhude, Hagenburg and Rehburg-Loccum. The landscape is diverse with dunes, bogs, heathland, wet meadows, deciduous and coniferous forests and reed zones. Enjoy water, pure nature, fresh air and tranquility during your stay at Ferienhaus am Steinhuder Meer. Leisure activities around the apartment on Steinhuder sea The Steinhuder Meer offers numerous leisure activities on land and on land. Water sports fans will love boating, sailing, kitesurfing and windsurfing here. Boat rental stations as well as sailing and windsurfing schools around the Steinhuder Meer offer first-class equipment and qualified instruction. Especially for kitesurfing the Steinhuder Meer has become a popular center. During the season more than 90 sailing regattas take place on the Steinhuder Meer. The Steinhuder Meer is also known for the so-called "emigrants" - over 100 years old sailing boats, which only exist here. Center is located in the south near Steinhude, artificial, 35,000 square meters large island in the beach with a sandy beach and lawns. On the northern shore in Mardorf lures the guarded beach "white dune". Nearby is also the surf beach.
