Quiet night, good bed for a European hotel. Cleanest hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen. Only thing that sucked was the cleaning staff was smoking cigarettes on the floor and the entire room smelled like a smoking club.

Windows and walls felt very thin, since you could hear everything, passing cars and people walking in the hallway etc. I woke up several times during the night due to all the noises. The location is a bit off the grid and a little complicated to get to public transportation.

Nachdem die Rezeption eine halbe Stunde unbesetzt war kam die Dame mit einem weiteren Mitarbeiter und erklärte mir unverschämt dass sie Pause hatte und dass es anders nicht gehe , nachdem ich geäußert hatte, dass das relativ unglücklich sei und nicht gastorientiert wenn neu eincheckende Gäste eine halbe Stunde warten müssen bis die Rezeption, die durchgehend besetzt sein soll, wieder besetzt ist. Daraufhin fragte mich die Mitarbeiter, ob ich jetzt so weitermachen wolle. Ich sagte ich finde es einfach nicht gut , es gibt technische Möglichkeiten (Pieper),aber ich möchte jetzt mein Zimmer beziehen. Daraufhin erwidert sie nein so nicht. Ich rufe jetzt die Polizei. Nach einer halbe Stunde Wartezeit auf die Polizei bin ich gegangen und habe die Polizeistation selber aufgesucht und habe selber alles zu Protokoll gegeben. Es lebe die Servicewüste Deutschland.

Etwas kurz gesagt: alter Kasten völlig neu. Alles in Ordnung. Für den Preid wirklich super! Empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist natürlich in erster Linie für Messe und Konzerte (so haben wir es genutzt) geeignet. Ansonsten ist da in der Umgebung nichts….

Bei Ankunft haben wir ein nicht sauberes Zimmer und ein ungemachtes Bett bekommen. Nach melden des Problems haben wir direkt ein neues Zimmer ohne weiteren Aufpreis oder sonstiges bekommen. Personal sonst sehr freundlich.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel für ein Konzert in der nahe liegenden ZAG Arena. Der erste Eindruck (außen) ist schlecht. Die Fläche ist weder gepflegt noch sauber. Sei es Grünspan auf Dach und an der Wand, oder die fehlenden Steine. Die Zimmer entsprechen den Bildern, sauber, etwas altmodisch aber insgesamt alles was man braucht! Ich würde hier für die Messe, oder ein anderes Konzert wieder übernachten!

Check in lief freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Auf dem Zimmer angekommen über 30 Grad, die nett gemeinte Schokolade auf dem Kissen schmolz vor sich hin...Badezimmer selber nachgeputzt einfach nur eklig...Handtücher nur für eine Person (auf Nachfrage schnell einen zweiten Satz bekommen). Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und das Tv Gerät hatte statt 20 Sendern nur 5 die funktionierten.Das Zimmer generell in die Jahre gekommen und das Bett für zwei Personen viel zu klein. Frühstück war ok aber für den Preis nicht angemessen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, trotzdem sind wir eher abgereist noch eine Nacht hätten wir es dort nicht ausgehalten.

Alles prima

Wir waren nach den bisherigen Bewertungen angenehm überrascht. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausreichend vorhanden. Es wurde laufend nachgelegt, der Service war zuvorkommend. Die Nähe zur ZAG Arena war ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

Et okay hotel til overnatning. Dog i den dyre ende ift. hvad man får for pengene. Morgenmad ikke prangende men okay og god service der. Parkering koster 8 euro omend det er på en stor parkeringsplads der også rummer parkering til restauranter. Følte os lidt snydt

Gerade so ok für eine Nacht.

Eine klassisches Messehotel. Das seine besten Jahre schon lange hinter sich hat. Sehr abgewohnt und wahrscheinlich nur belegt, wenn Messe oder ein großes Konzert ist. Dann sind die Preise natürlich ziemlich hoch, was der Ausstattung, dem Service und dem Zustand des Hauses absolut nicht angemessen ist. Nur zu empfehlen, wenn es eben nicht anders geht, man kann es aushalten.
