It is close to the airport. Most of the staff was friendly and professional.
Food and service was excellent.

Much nicer than expected. Slightly grumpy check-in but it was nearly midnight. And, unfortunately, the whole TV system was broken so no in-room entertainment was available.

Right across the airport.About 100 yards to walk.
Also 100 yards to the train station. Wonderful connection. Great helpful staff and big room. We stayed at the junior suite and I highly recommend it. Restaurants have delicious food. Breakfast buffet is great as well. We will den stay here again on my next trip to my hometown Hannover.

Very convenient to Airport and S-Bahn train. Across street from Hannover Airport making it convenient for early flight. Hotel is lovely - wish we could have stayed longer. Staff very professional and room clean and quite roomy for a European hotel.

1 night stayover before 6am flight next morning
It's a fairly clean but aged hotel, but it's the perfect choice if you have a very early flight or arriving late. It's literally connected to the airport.

The hotel is good for an airport layover. Very quick check in and out. Very accessible parking space and airport terminal.
It is clean and quiet but also very outdated.
Room lacks power plugs next to all beds, and bathroom has no amenities.
There is an empty fridge in the room and the complimentary water bottles are taken up from the reception.
Ironing is not possible in the room; you need to iron in a dedicated area on the 4th floor!
Overall, I would only use this hotel when in need of a brief layover.

The property is just next to the Airport and very accessible.
Check in was not so good although we were not acknowledged we were waiting for the receptionist who was on the phone for a while before attending to us.
Expedia noted on their website that we can pay with pounds at the hotel but it was declined by both the receptionist and Manager- pls can you correct that.
No information given about breakfast (time, location) after checking in until I asked. The assumption is for all customers to check information on room TV. A single leaflet with such information will help new customers.
More should be done on promoting what is available to customers during check in.
When we got to our room, we noticed there was no kettle, tea or coffee but the receptionist gave us 2 bottled water at check in and didn't inform there is no facility to make hot drinks in the room. We just didn't bother asking.
No Hannover Tourist information at the hotel. This is another avenue for the hotel to collaborate with City Tourist Dept. Thanks to the Manager who printed travel information for us.
There is general assumption that every customer is expected to know what is available at the hotel.
Excellent staff behaviour - not proactive but reactive.
Noisy at night- it appears there was party going on downstairs and we were disturbed by the noise. Bed and pillow was lovely and soft.

Very clean hotel and convenient for the airport. The staff at the desk, very helpful, and everyone was super friendly, from the hotel desk, to the bar staff, and the cleaning staff. Will stay here again!

Largest rooms ever, great food in the Rotisserie restaurant, good service. Very clean, convenient location to car rental and airport. Only wish that the rooms had coffee makers but they do have complimentary coffee/tea next to the reception.

Great hotel and absolutely perfect as it’s directly outside the airport. Hotel itself was grand and the staff were very friendly and check in was very quick and easy. There is also a robot that delivers food to guests, which was super cool to watch! The only downside is there were no coffee making facilities in the room.
