 Hotelreception war nicht in der Laage eine Rechnung über bezahlte Gebühren vor Ort zu erstellen. Meine Aufenthaltskosten sind dem Leonardo Hotel vom Hotels.com nicht beglichen, obwohl bei der Reservierung über die App mit Mastercard gezahlt wurde.
