We are glad that we could help you orientating through the city and as you chose a perfect timing you were able to visit one of our most highlighted festivals in the year. We are aware of the problem with the missing air condition in your room, as the one you had after your change only offers a ventilation system. We are already rebuilding the rooms to get air conditions in everywhere to round of the hotel experience. Just to verify, the parking costs are 11,- € a day, not 20,- €, this was maybe the costs of a beer at the festival ;) Thank you for the great rating, we are looking forward welcoming you back soon and wish you a great week. Dear guest, we feel pitty that we couldn't fullfil your expectations to our hotel. I would really like to analyse the issue by looking at your reservation, but for bad you reviewed your stay anonymously. Therefore I can only reply neutral: You are absolutely right in saying we don't have a classic a/c in the rooms yet, but a venitaltion system that works individually in each room. We have fans available, if you asked for one at the reception and didn't get one I really have to say that we are sorry, cause obviously such a thing shouldn't happen. The big majority of our guests are fine with the ventalation system, wherefor we don't put extra fans in the rooms straight away. As a business hotel we offer free Wi-Fi in all over the hotel, and it works absolutely fine for working on a laptop, checking e-mails or just looking around through the internet. Again, for the majority of our business guests, this one is more than enough to fullfil there needs. If you want to stream VODs as Netflix or Amazon prime they need a very big broadband connection to be shown in a quality more than 480 fps. This extra broadband would cost us an extensive amount more and it would be just unfair to the other guests, who don't use that to raise the prize for that. Also we think that 5,- € extra are quite a fair amount to get the high speed access. The room conditions are also set pretty clear, I would think you had a single room, which is smaller than a double room, which you could have also booked for single use. If you have booked that and still think it is too small then we have to accept your point of view. As you told us about a poor night, I suppose it's about the quality of our beds or is it just about the size of the room? I would be gladful if you could tell us about this issue more detailed. Nevertheless, thank you for taking your time in reviewing your stay and to value our breakfast. We hope to serve you next time better and with a real time communication before we are looking to make your stay as pleasant as you would expect it from a 4* hotel.
