Good stay during covid restrictions.
Careful covid measures in place. Mostly friendly staff. Queensize beds not available. Single beds had to be pushed together to create one large bed.

Only down side was we asked for the sink plug to be fixed over three days and this never got done and the empty beer bottles left in the fridge in the room.

Close to tram and not a long journey to the main station. Wi-Fi was not very good. i could not connect but wife's phone did ok. i ended up hot spotting my laptop over my T-Mobile phone which is limited to 2G in Europe, so that sucked for me. Staff was nice and food was good.

It s the worst WIFI internet I ever see. it s slow, always disconnected, And you dont get much mobile phone signal inside the room either. I have to sit near the door to work on my laptop, and stand near the window to send whatsapp. the room is clean, but I still need to score it 0, as the wifi is -999 score.

Nice stay fairly close to Hannover Airport
This is a nice hotel. The local area is peaceful and safe. There is a tram station nearby for access to city centre. The staff at the hotel are friendly and the check in process is seamless and efficient.

Over rated hotel
We were been told by Expedia that it is 4* rating hotel but when we got to the hotel rating was 3*.We requested double bed,when we checked in got given 2 single beds kept together.Being very upset called Expedia and spoke to Rupesh S,he was not helpful and asked to speak to manager to which he said that no manager is available,asked him if manager can call back but nobody called back.Went to the reception and they said they can give us double mattress on 2 single beds,didn't have any option but had to accept it.Then the next day the room got cold in night when queried that was told that room was warm enough according to room temperature (well it was not and we were cold the whole night).Then on the other day I stayed in the room and housekeeping came,was shocked as no linen was changed she just rearranged everything and walked away,even the coffee mugs were not replaced just rinsed in water.I went to th reception and complained to which I was told that this is how they do the housekeeping. Was very shocking as we paid nearly £500 for 4 nights and that too without breakfast.Expedia was not helpful either.We were been charged overrately for this room with wrong information.

Good for airport but fairly basic
Location worked for this hotel (10 minute - €15 taxi ride) but felt very much an 'Ibis/Welcome Break' style of hotel. Considering the price I expected a better room and disappointed in having only a small single bed. Breakfast was good and staff friendly with good English skills.

Maybe better in cool weather...
This was a one night stay for me and a friend so we had two single rooms. The hotel itself is fairly close to the airport so a cab ride was about 12 Euro. Reception were friendly but tried a little hard to sell us 12.50 Euro breakfasts. The single bed was fine and there was a small en-suite (with a good shower) and a desk. A door opened onto the balcony running the width of the building (4th floor) but it looked like this was for escape purposes rather than day-to-day use. It was hotter than the sun with no air-con so I had the 'balcony' door and window open all night and a fan on. Not the safest for a single traveller but it was that or melt. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we walked left and found a bar. It's a short walk to a tram stop and from there, 20 minutes gets you into the central station.

Nice Hotel, easy access into city
We stay at this hotel at least twice a year for 6 years now and we are very happy with it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. There is easy access to the city with the tram being just down the street - it's a 20 minute ride into Hannover City Center. Also close to the airport. My only complaint is the last couple of summers have been unusually hot for Germany and there is no air conditioning in this hotel. Others than that, I'd highly recommend it.

Easy reach of the Airport
As it was Bank Holiday the kitchen was closed so we made do with a meal in a pub a little down the road. Staff were very good and ordered a taxi on time at 4am to take us to the airport

Nice hotel but wi-fi needs improvement
Hotel was nice and clean, rooms large. Desk was very small so difficult to work and the wi-fi signal was very poor making working very difficult.

I stay there twice a year and have found this hotel to be very good. The rooms are comfortable and always very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's located very close to tram so it's easy to get into the center city Hannover quickly. I highly recommend the hotel.

Minimalist Hotel - Horrible Room
Stayed here on a business trip recently. Chose it because of its relative proximity to the airport and because of the Best Western name. Check in was good, and that staff was helpful enough. Get to the room, and it is both tiny and horribly insulated. Spent the entire night listening to every step of my fellow guests in the hallway, as well as every car that went by. Perhaps slept 3 hours the entire night. The breakfast the next morning also left something to be desired. Will certainly never stay at this particular hotel, and will probably stay away from Best Western in Germany from here forward because of it.

Basic hotel with comfortable beds and all basic amenities. The floors are laminate so can be noisy from neighbors walking around. Has a very good breakfast buffet and decent dinner menu if you need to eat at the hotel. Train to downtown is 1 block away. There is also a shopping mall with grocery store a few minutes walk away. There is a minibar and a small safe in the room. TV has CNN at least for some English news, which other German hotels I stayed at sometimes lack.

I stayed there one night. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English. There is a Mall close by and there was also a Christmas Market. It was a nice place to spend few hours. There was no shuttle to or from Airport and it cost about 13 euros from airport to Hotel.

Room was very clean and staff very helpful and polite. Room decor rather Spartan by luxury hotel standards, but it was a fine place for resting and refreshing. Breakfast buffet was fresh and good variety. Convenient to airport, train, and my intended business location.

Just stayed one night due to meeting close to airport, regular airport hotel was sold out. Hotel is ~10 min taxi ride from airport, ~13 euro. Ok hotel, nothing bad, but nothing special about it, typical 3 star hotel. Good option if you need to be near airport.

as a non smoker i found the stench of stale smoke unbearable as soon as i got out of the lift on the first floor the smell hits you. They need 2 make at least one floor no smoking and change the carpets and decor on that floor.

Ambulance & noise all night long
The staff are very freindly , rooms are very clean , no air con so must leave window open. The only complain is as it is at the main road , the noise is unavoidable plus the bar / restaurant downstairs so open windows doesn't help. A vey tiring night as unable to sleep well. If you are a light sleeper , my advise is to search for somewhere else . If not, this could be a good stop over in autumn / winter.
