#### einmal reicht, mir zumindest

Das Hotel hat nicht die versprochene Ausstattung. Der Fitnessraum war z.B. überhaupt nicht vorhanden, eine Minibar wurde nach labgen Diskussionen aus einem anderen Zimmer harangeschafft und die klimaanlage funktionierte überhaupt nicht, was bei Temperaturen von 30 Grad sehr unangenehm war. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht von außen gedämmt, so dass die äußere Geräuschkulisse in Zimmerlautstärke 24 Stunden ertragen werden musste. Das Personal hat sehr geringe bis überhaupt keine Englischkenntnisse. Das Auschecken erwies sich als auch schwierig, vbzw. nervenaufreibend, da auch vorbereitende Massnahmen nicht durchgeführt wurden und erst am Morgen des Checkout das Chaos ausbrach, unkoordieniert, jeder versucht an der Rezeption die Arbeit auf den anderen zu schieben, was für den Gast sehr unangenehm und zeitraubend ist (30 min für die Bezahlung) Es sind viele Restaurants im Umkreis von 5 Minuten zu Fuß, was ich als positiv betrachtet habe.
