It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. The staff is always attentive and will go extra miles to make you feel at home. The room is spacious and stylish. There is a self service laundry and nail bar on the second floor, next to a well equipped gym. On the other end of the building on the same floor, there is a comfy lounge area that serves tea and coffee all day. The only inconvenience is the location — it’s on the other side of the main road thus away from everything else.
