Freundliches Personal und ein schönes Zimmer. Man war bemüht uns trotz sprachlicher Hürden zu helfen. Wir waren als Touristen in Hangzhou. Das Hotel ist nah an der Ubahn gelegen jedoch ehr außerhalb. Man fährt also noch ein gutes Stück bis in die eigentliche Stadt. Das Frühstück war gut, man sollte jedoch lieber erst nach dem großen Schwung gehen. Zur Stoßzeit ist das Buffet sehr überlaufen und die Platzsuche gestaltet sich als chaotisch. Das Zimmer war bis auf den Teppichboden bei der Anreise immer sehr sauber. Nachdem gesaugt wurde gab es hier nichts zu beanstanden. Tischtennis und Co müssen extra bezahlt werden. Für den Pool ist eine Badekappe Pflicht.
