When I made the booking via Expedia through TD, the confirmation email stated that, since this hostel does not have a front desk, a separate email would be sent one day prior to check-in with instructions for online check-in and registration. However, I never received any such email, neither from Expedia nor from the hostel, on the day before check-in or...

« La single room est petite mais plutôt bien équipée. Elle dispose d'un frigo et d'une bouilloire (du sucre et du lait son également proposés mais pas de thé ou de café). Le chauffage était réglé sur 31,5° à mon arrivée, je l'ai baissé jusqu'à 19 mais il s'est automatiquement remis sur 22 donc il fait plutôt chaud dans la chambre. La fermeture des portes est bruyante, beaucoup de bruits de sirène également (probablement dû à la présence d'un hopital à proximité) donc à éviter pour les personnes...

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "
