    - 4 bedrooms each with brand new Serta pillow top matresses - one on the main floor, 2 in the upper floor (one with spectacular views of Portage Lake and MTU the other with it's own private deck) and 1 in the lower walk out level
    - 2 full baths
    - Spacious living room with 2 pull out sofas
    - Spacious family room with 2 pull out sofas in the lower level walk out
    - Dining table seats 8 comfortably with an additional 6 at the snack bar

Everything in working order, plenty of space, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. We had 9 people stay which was the perfect amount as not everyone was coupled up for sleeping space. Close to all the skiing we did and absolutely beautiful winter scenery.

Amazing! Privacy in the woods

Nestled on a hill surrounded by mature trees on a large piece of land. It was quiet and fairly private with 2 other houses on the property.

Stunning View

We only stayed for a short visit but wished it were longer so we could have gone to the beach across the road. There was plenty if room for everyone. Great location and fabulous view! We consider it for our next trip.

Fall Getaway for MTU visit

The view of Portage Canal was spectacular and the proximity to Michigan Tech and area attractions for hiking and sightseeing were perfect. Great communication with host.

Loved this property. The beds were very comfortable, and the view is spectacular. Sooo quiet. And we got lucky with perfect temps in the 60s.

First, Sandy was a wonderful host. Informative, communicative, and flexible. The house is clean with lots of supplies. Great location,. Great views. Comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.
