Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.  
No commercial photography and filming allowed.  
Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.

Very beautiful property. Nicely located in a quiet family neighborhood. The family room could use some updating, (not very comfortable) and too many stains. Personally would've liked more TV's for entertainment. Overall a beautiful property.
