### Cozy 2-bedroom house with King Bed

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.  
fully equipped ready for you!  
Safer location! Located in Tanner Plantation.  
3 minutes to Lowes Foods, restaurants and  
coffee shops.  
Lots of walking/bike trails.  
Enjoy the sunset down at the Marina, a 20 min walk!  
  
Great location in Hanahan, the Tanner Hall neighborhood is one of the safer locations, very quiet street.  
  
Kitchen is Fully Equipped, if you need anything just let us know we live 2 min away.  
  
Dinning room table seats 8 and has peaceful views of the pond with seasonal geese and ducks.  
  
The primary bedroom has a King bed and the other a Queen bed.  
  
There are 2 Full Bathrooms with private entrances from each bedroom.  
  
Comfortable wrap around couch that could sleep 2  
kids. Air mattresses in the closets if needed.  
Lots of extra linens.  
  
TV in each room. Don't forget to log out of your account when you check out.  
  
Full laundry room with Washer/Dryer/Detergent  
  
Lots of Walking trails and a Marina (20 min walk) to sit and enjoy the sunset, or do a little fishing.  
  
Lowe's Foods is 3 min away for groceries, don't forget to visit the Beer and Wine garden while you're shopping or get a smoothie.  
  
Restaurants in Tanner Hall:  
The Brew: Coffee and pastries.  
Familiars and Dominoes Pizza (both deliver)  
Salu'd for amazing Mexican food.  
Nigel's for awesome southern food.  
BJ's for evening music and bar food.  
Subway and Hibachi Grill.

The property was clean and tastefully decorated. we stayed in a different location within that neighborhood that just seemed very outdated and dark so we were very pleasantly surprised by this unit.
