"The hotel is a bit dated, but the service, people food and location are fantastic! Located right on the beach, you can walk to the board walk and the sand. Local shops offer fast food and indoor upscale dining within walking distance. The beach has a stage and half shell which had bands each night. Fireworks on Wednesday night. Balcony on many rooms. A little pricey, but a nice vacation spot."

"I have stayed here for the past 3 years. Love the location and the oceanfront rooms with private balcony. kitchenette is definitely a plus. Great parking options. Reasonably priced. "

"The historian at the front was extremely friendly. What a gem of a man. The inn itself was GORGEOUS! Even though the rooms were small, it felt like you stepped back in time. This red headed hostess with glasses was very standoffish though. Did not greet guests with customer service at all. Also the food was a 6.5/10. The mud pie was amazing but they served green beans as a side vegetable. Just plain boiled, absolutely no seasonings or sauteeing. Overpriced entrees a tad. Cocktails were great though and a good price. "

"This is Hampton's hidden gem for affordable and clean hotel rooms! We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and I can honestly say this was one of the best Vacations I have taken with my family. Even the day it was raining, we got to stay at the hotel and enjoy all of the amenities. The hot tub was a HUGGGGEEEE Bonus and the heated pool as well as we all spent lots of time in both! The price that I usually pay to stay right on the strip, I can stay here instead and it's like getting an extra night for free. I don't mind being in England as there are many different restaurant choices that are affordable and very tasty. We will definitely be back again!! "
