Modern 3 Bed Cabin w. Pool & Fireplace by the Bay

Welcome to the perfect Hampton Bays getaway! This 3 bedroom unique, spacious, light-filled cabin located in Hampton Bays is situated on 1/2 acre of private woodland. It includes a pool, indoor fire place and an outdoor fire pit! There is a deck for grilling while having the luxury of being a short walk to the local bay for beautiful sunsets, a 5-minute drive from Hampton Bays town, and a 16-minute drive from Southampton Town.

The space
This cabin is filled with a ton of natural light, with 2 giant skylights, modern appliances and finishings, while maintaining the feel of a cozy woodland cabin.
The open floor plan and high ceilings allow you to enjoy the spacious kitchen and breakfast bar while overlooking the living room and the indoor wood burning fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms where each has their own private patio and one has an office space /desk for remote working. The Queen bedroom has 2 skylights and is full of natural light where there is a stokke TODDLER crib if needed; there is also an option of a Bugaboo travel crib for a little one (please request) . Outside you have a pool which is cleaned weekly with loungers/ umbrellas and deck chairs. There are a plethora of wonderful restaurant options a short drive away, as well as marinas and farmer's markets.

This unique cabin is in a quiet, private location and can certainly offer you a magnificent getaway, staycation, or a temporary environment to work.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, pool / patios and garden (garage and sheds will be locked)
Other things to note
A few things to keep in mind & follow :-)

- No Smoking inside the house (includes vaping)
- No pets or visiting pets - Sorry fuzzy friends!
- No parties, or events! #Really! We expect our guests to respect night time with quiet hours starting at 10 PM until 7 AM & please respect our neighbors and our lovely neighborhood
- Included in no parties or events: If a guest in the reservation plans on having other guests visit, this must be discussedw and approved by the host before the reservation is confirmed.
- Self-check-in/check - Instructions are provided on Airbnb App (Self-check-in feature) or through a search engine on Airbnb on your arrival day starting at check-in time US EST
- Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check out by 10 AM
- PLEASE READ**** Children and infants are welcome but please be aware that an adult should be supervising children at all time to practice essential pool safety. There is also a wetland as part of the woodland on the property which can be a danger for children if not properly supervised.
-If you require the 'Family Amenities' for babies/toddlers you MUST REQUEST these upon reservation. If they are not requested the will not be available or accessible during your stay.
- There is a surveillance device on the property - Nest video doorbell and garage/shed camera
- The pool is cleaned weekly by a local company from beginning May to last weekend in September
- The garden is sprayed for ticks monthly
