The location is great and the house is perfect for kids! We especially loved the backyard - pool, trampoline and playset - our kids never wanted to leave. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating for all of our extra needs. The place is stylish, very clean, and perfectly equipped for guests. I would definitely recommend this place for families with and without kids. Everything you need is close by and the neighborhood is calm and laid back. The house has everything you need: high chair, crib, toys for the kids, and an amazing outdoor space with a trampoline, swing and a beautiful pool. Our kids absolutely loved it and spent hours outside. We look forward to coming back next summer! ##### Elsita S. He met us outside, showed us around and made sure we felt at home. The house was very clean, had a beautiful layout and was well stocked with paper/cleaning products, plenty of dishes, glasses/mugs, pots etc. The pool was very nice and Sergey even had the pool company come to make sure that all the levels were balanced for us. The deck was a nice spot to eat outside. We used the grill often. The location was easily delivered to by Instacart for groceries and when we didn't feel like cooking, Uber Eats/Doordash found us very easily. It was only a 15-20 minute drive to Coopers Beach (South Hampton)which is one of the top beaches in the country. We had a nice, relaxing time. Thank you Sergey! ##### Frank N.
