Primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Pet Policy: One dog of 40 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $250.00 per booking. Dogs over 40 lbs are prohibited unless express approval is provided. All other pets (including multiple dogs) are prohibited unless express approval is provided (please inquire). Utility Disclaimer: Utility fees are included in the total rental amount. Guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with excessive usage of utilities during the term of the Reservation. Cleaning Disclaimer: One end of stay cleaning is included in the reservation total. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory. Jul 13, 2025 #### Nice place Clean and beautiful house with a very nice pool and a wonderful view to the bay. Owner is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The only thing one should be aware of is that the main Montauk road runs right in front of the house, so you will hear noise from cars. However the landscaping blocks any view of the cars and this really wasnt an issue for us.
