This listing was a great location for why we were there, matched the online description, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Pleasant outdoor screened in porch. Good location for our visit with family -- close to grocery store, gas, Surf City, Topsail Island. Very nice neighborhood. Glenn, the host, was super responsive and kind via text and answered all of my questions. We'll be back next time we visit Hampstead. ##### Carolyn P. Comfy beds. Cons: should have read more closely about this property. Didn’t realize it was a condo, and 2nd floor. The second bathroom door did latch to close. Had to shove something against it to keep it closed. Master bathroom fan didn’t work. No dresser in the master bedroom either. Weird and small kitchen layout.
