Dommage, Novotel est une chaine d jotel reputée, là nous nous sommes sentis tres moyennement accueillis, certains membres du personnel ont des réactions inappropriées face aux chiens (eduques tenus en laisse), cela ne devrait pas etre le cas pour un établissement dogfriendly. La piscine intérieure n'était pas propre. Vraiment dommage.

Cependant, nous avons du personnel travaillant avec nous qui évite les animaux domestiques, mais ils n'abordent pas négativement les animaux car ils ne sont pas à l'aise, mais nous les accueillons à bras ouverts dans l'hôtel.Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour l'inconvénient.SincèrementNovotel Southampton

Le tapis semble malpropre, le bouchon du bain ne fonctionne pas la toilette est mal fixée au plancher le divan est très usé. L'environnement est intéressant, le déjeuner est copieux et les piscine, sauna et appareils d'exercices sont en bon état.

The property is very close to the cruise terminal in an area with shopping and dining options. It’s only a five minute ride from the train station, the hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful.

Really pleasant 2 night stay. Hotel feels rather dated and bedrooms could do with a bit of upgrade but everywhere was exceedingly clean. This is a nice, quiet hotel within walking distance of the cruise terminal and a shopping mall. My room was quite hot (April, 14’c outside temperature) but so it was nice to be able to open the windows a little.

This was booked as a double bed and double sofa bed as was shown in the picture. We didn't find it like that, the sofa bed wasn't made up. When i asked staff if i was supposed to make up the 2nd bed it got confusing and they wanted to move us to twin beds (not what i ordered or wanted) then they said they would go and make up the 2nd bed they did but made up half of it into a 2nd bed. My son in the end said to me it would be fine as we'd had along day and the language barrier with the receptionist was to difficult.

Great stay, if a bit warm!
Great service, good sized room, sofa bed fine for one but small for two (kids) and not overly comfy- room was super hot too but at least we could open a window for fresh air! Overall enjoyed our one night stay, great to have the pool and gym and excellent location for shopping and exploring. Would come again.

Good stay
Very nice hotel with really nice staff was was spacious and fairly clean carpet needed a clean and refillable toiletries needed checking as had no conditioner in bottle and barely any body wash when checked in but other than that a nice hotel in a great location to shops and restaurants
