Flowing mountains in the distant horizon meet the Pacific Ocean just minutes away. Elk pass by occasionally and Pelicans often dive for food at the marina. Ocean beaches are just down the street. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely gorgegous, modern, spacious newer built townhome. Great for a family vacation or the sportsman's paradise you've been looking for. This stunning home has everything you need for that perfect getaway! With the water a stone's throw away, you will be captivated by the views from the two decks and patio. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the hot tub to start your day!! Inside you'll find a home designed for someone truly wanting to be pampered. With a 65" Samsung OLED TV in each bedroom and a whopping 77" OLED TV in the living room your viewing time will be complete with unlimited steaming options. While you're relaxing you will enjoy a feather lined sectional, or retreat to the bedroom to find the comforts of watching a show laying on a Sterns and Foster bed (bunkbeds and roll-away are quality memory foam). If you're not ready for relax time and want to have some fun, there are many options to choose from. Start in the Recreation room for hours of playtime on the 12' shuffleboard. Move to the cocktail arcade machine with the "old school" games that spark up such great memories of the past! If ball sports are more your thing there is an indoor basketball hoop shoot game that even the smallest of kids can play. Want to take it down a notch but still play? The main floor pantry closet holds hours of fun with board games, puzzles and cribbage. There are also 7 bikes w/helmets (4 adult, 2 kid, 1 toddler) available to use if you want to explore the area. Feeling more adventurous, hop on a bike and explore the area. There's acres of trails to ride in Fort Stevens State Park, the entrance is only a couple blocks away. You can get to the beach by bike on the trails or drive to the parking lot where you'll find the historic Shipwreak of Peter Iredale. Spend the day here taking photos, building sandcastle's, razor clamming or maybe try local parasailing. Beach driving access is located here. Zip-lining is just down the road as well. Across the street from the S. We loved staying at this house so much! We had 6 kids (aged 1 thru 8) and 6 adults. The house had retractable baby gates at the tops of the stairs, a high chair, kids cups & plates, and 2 excellent loops around the couch and coffee table for kids to run and run and run. Also the basketball game in the garage was a huge hit with all 6 kids.The kitchen was loaded with every pot, dish, platter and utensil you could think of, including a coffee grinder, pizza pans, and 2 pressure cookers! We were so impressed. We cooked 5 meals in the 3 days we were there and all of them were easy. So many spices and kitchen staples like condiments, flour, oil, etc already stocked in the house. They even had Tupperware for leftovers. Amazing! I’m such a high maintenance traveler, and I was really comfortable in this house. Usually hotel/vacation rental beds are awful, but the beds were so comfortable. I woke up with no extra back pain! The views were excellent. The hot tub was clean and ready for us! Plenty of towels! The deck furniture was actually comfortable! That never happens in a rental. Ever! This house is worth every penny. I loved our stay so much!
